The definition of leader is who lead a team and guide the team members effectively in proper way. A leader always activate his team when the team moves to frozen or don't shows any productivity.
The quality and mentality of a team leader is quite superior than other guys. A normal guy with freckle mind can't be a good leader. To become a successful team leader you must have possess indifferent personality, broad thinking, good logic and strong analysis power. Leader doesn't mean who only leads the team, but when the team frozen a leader always take the first initiate to active the team. A perfect team leader always extract the given task from each team members in stipulated time pragmatically and ingeniously without disrespecting or harassing anyone else.
To become a successful team leader you need to control your emotions; like anger, anxiety, discrimination and arrogant nature. Always be assertive rather than showing rudeness towards team members.
If you thoroughly analysis the reason behind increasing the percentage of attrition and shrinkage of the company; you will definitely find that, it's not because of company rules and regulation, it's because of peers/team leader.
So, the productivity of the company depends upon the team leaders. A hard working person can't be a good team leader, but a person who has good logic and know how to manage a team effectively, can become a good leader. A team consists of various culture and religion guys with different thoughts and ideas. The style of working of all person can't be equal. So, it's the duty of team leader to bring all the difference together and channelize it properly and make a new kind of solutions diplomatically out of it which will suits to every members.
If team members are the base of a company then team leaders are the real salt. The identity of a team leader is not by him, but by his team members. The target and the performance of a team leader is not what he is doing for organization, but whats his members are doing for the organization. It's the responsibility of team leader to justify that; whether all the members are worth to get remuneration from the company to lead the company towards success. A team leader should be aware of the company target and the motto of the company. If the team leader is not well connected with the company then he/she can't guide the team properly and can't work as a real salt of the company.
